The Company evolved out of the need to provide Manufacturers recycled wooden reels. End results, it helps them be good stewards, and retain the cost of their products. Additional to meeting the recycle reel demands, both Clients and Manufactures continually seek qualified WMBE companies to increase their WMBE participation. However, such Minority Business must also bring value. Jeffrey Allen of Diversity Solutions brings over twenty years of experience and relations to the market. He has also worked with one of the largest Aluminum Manufacturers as a Regional Sales Manager for over 10 years. Jeffrey understands what is needed for the all players to remain competitive in the market.

Diversity Solutions' administrative office and warehouse are located at 670 Great Southwest Pkwy., SW, Atlanta, GA 30336.   Its operating warehouse consists of 50,000 square feet with several acres of outdoor storage space.

About the President

Jeffrey Allen has worked in the wire & cable industry for over twenty years selling to North American Utilities. His career first started at one of the largest Wire and Cable Distributors in the world, where he was employed for thirteen years. Several of those years, Jeffrey was one of the top salesmen. His most recent employment was with the World’s largest Aluminum Producer for the past ten years. During his twenty-year career, he has assisted, gained and retained both companies’ market share. Jeffrey has established relationships with several key decision-makers in the Utility Industry. Jeffrey has a B.S. in Business Management/Marketing and has just recently completed his MBA.  Jeffrey is married and has three children.
